Duty：

Duty：

1. Assist the project leader to evaluate the technical requirements put forward by the customer, assist in the transformation from the customer's technical agreement to the R & D design scheme, and participate in the review;
2. According to the technical agreement and system design scheme, communicate with other members of the project team (antenna, passive, control, power supply, etc.) to confirm the specific requirements related to the microwave and millimeter wave modules, and formulate the specific implementation scheme;
3. Be responsible for component selection, electrical design, drawing design, process design, etc. of relevant components of the module according to the specific implementation plan;
4. Participate in the review of product related hardware design, structural design and process design;

6. Independently or assist in the filing of technical drawings and the preparation of technical reports;
7. Complete module debugging, testing, fault tracking and troubleshooting, design improvement and optimization, etc;

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, microelectronics, communication, etc;
2. Basic knowledge of microwave and millimeter wave circuit design, familiar with active circuit, microwave RF circuit and low frequency analog circuit design;
3. Proficient in modeling, simulation, circuit design and other software;
4. Have thermal design and simulation, mechanical design and simulation ability is preferred;
5. More than two years of experience in microwave and millimeter wave module and module design, working experience in the same type of products is preferred.

Duty：

1. Be responsible for the construction, maintenance and commissioning of laboratory test system;

Requirement:

1. College degree or above, major in electronic engineering and communication;
2. Have some basic theoretical knowledge about RF circuit and antenna;
3. Be familiar with the operation of RF testing instruments, such as vector network analyzer, signal source, spectrum analyzer, etc;
4. Good oral and written communication skills, writing ability;
5. Basic computer skills, good team spirit;
6. Have good professional ethics, rigorous work style and high sense of responsibility.

Duty：

This position can accept the master's practice in school.
1. Be responsible for the definition of RF / analog chip requirements and index decomposition, be able to cooperate with the overall system to complete the definition of module index and interface, complete the top-level architecture of module circuit, feasibility and scientific verification analysis, and be responsible for the design of Si based process or IIIv group process RF integrated circuit;
2. RF chip circuit design, including LNA, PA, mixer, VCO, PLL, doubler, freqency divider, etc;

4. Product testing, debugging and application, submit test report, analyze and propose revision opinions.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in communication, microelectronics, microwave and related major;
2. Be familiar with the theory, method and process of RF circuit design;
3. Skillfully use ads, cadence and other relevant EDA design and simulation tools;
4. Understand two or more circuit principles and design processes including LNA, PA, mixer, etc;
5. experience in RFIC or MMIC is preferred;
